Course One: Before You File |
This course requires you to fill in certain forms with Income, Expense and Creditor/Loan amounts. Be sure to gather that information.
The first course is the pre-filing, commonly called the "Bankruptcy Certification" credit counseling course. A certificate of completion
of this course by an approved agency* is required BEFORE you can file a bankruptcy claim. |

Course Two: After You File |
| The second course is the pre-discharge debtor education course. A certificate of completion of this course is required BEFORE you can have your bankruptcy discharged. You must have a case number in order to register for the second course. |
