OUr courses meet the requirements for individuals and businesses filing a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy.  If you have already decided that Bankruptcy is your best choice, you MUST take the following courses.


Credit Counseling Course – $32.00   Course 1 - required before filing Bankruptcy*. This course is also called the pre-filing or Bankrutpcy Certificate course. 

It is for YOUR information and education. It IS NOT connected with or shared with the courts or your attorney. It does require your income, expenses and creditor balances – it does not need to be exact.   You cannot fail the courses.

*(if you were allowed to file an emergency case without this course you must still complete it within the time set by the court when you filed.)

Personal Financial Management Course -$25.00  Course 2 - required after you file - before your case is closed and discharged. It is usually taken around the date of your creditor’s (341) hearing. This course is also called the pre-discharge or debtor education course.
